Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
Product received with physical damage
Incorrect product delivered (product mismatch)
Color variation due to lighting, photography, or screen display is not eligible for return.
An unboxing video is mandatory, clearly showing the parcel being opened without any cuts or pauses.
Claims without proper video proof will not be accepted.
Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
The product must be unused, in original condition, and with all packaging intact.
We reserve the right to reject any return request that does not meet the above conditions.
